Type of Education(Goal) and Objectives
Employment area is meeting the needs of qualified personnel in the increasingly Call Center sector. In today's changing environment, the spread of customer oriented service policies leads to the call center services sector. Equipped with knowledge and skills to meet the needs of a changing and evolving business world, computer skills, persuasive ability, communication skills, effective speaking skills and a diciplessly qualified workforce is targeted.
Qualification Awarded
Successful completion of the Call Center Services associate degree program is eligible to become a Call Center Professional Personnel. In addition, if they are successful in the vertical transition examination made by Student Selection and Placement Center; They can switch to Public Relations, Public Relations and Advertising, Public Relations and Publicity, Communication, Communication Arts, Communication Sciences, Human Resource Management, Business, Business Information Management, Media and undergraduate programs vertically.
Admission Requirements
students who get enough points in the university exam and prefer our program qualify to enroll in the Call Center Services associate degree program. Education and training last 4 semesters and 2 years. The language of education is Turkish. YGS Score Type; HPF- 4. 2017-2018 Academic year, students will receive up to 40 quotas.
Access to Further Studies
Students who have successfully completed their undergraduate education enter the vertical transition examination, Student Selection and Placement In case of being placed in the undergraduate program which is deemed suitable for the center, they can make a vertical transition from one of the undergraduate programs. Public Relations Public Relations and Advertising Public Relations and Publicity Communication Communication Arts Communication Sciences Human Resources Management Business Administration Information Management Logistics Management Graduates can also make vertical transitions to the relevant departments of Open Teaching.
Graduation Requirements
In addition to compulsory and elective courses in the curriculum that are available in the program (for a total of 120 ECTS credits), students who successfully complete their compulsory internship and a CGPA of at least 2.30 out of 4.00 are awarded with a pre-degree diploma in the field of CALL CENTER SERVICES.

Ahi Evran University Social Sciences Vocational School Call Center Services Program 2017-2018 academic year will begin as associate degree education. The language of education is Turkish.
Qualification Req. and Regulations
Students who graduated from the Call Center Services Program are required to fulfill their qualifications. can work in call centers in all public and private sector institutions and organizations. To gain the development of the rapidly growing call center industry in Turkey, to gain the necessary experience, to have the ability to persuade, to have high communication skills qualified workforce is needed.
Assessment and Grading
Registration of each student on the predetermined dates in academic tenses students must attend at least 70% of the courses and at least 80% of the courses in order to enter the final exams. Students are required to take at least one midterm and a final exam for each course. The achievement grade is 40% for the midterm exam, 60% for the final exam. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Students who take one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) are considered successful. (DC) and (DD) grades are conditionally successful grades. For a student to have a DC or DD grade of a grade, a grade point average of at least 2.0 is required.

To contribute to the development of the rapidly growing call center industry in Turkey, is to train qualified labor force who has gained necessary experience, has strong persuasion ability, has high communication skills, and wants to expand its activity and influence area. The largest employment areas of graduate students are mainly call centers because of the nature of the program. In addition, students who graduate from this program can work in public institutions and organizations.
Qualification Requirements
In our country, it is necessary to pass the examination made by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) for entrance to universities. Depending on the scores they get in the exams, they arrange the program preferences they can enter and send their preference forms to the Student Selection and Placement Center. SSPC receives all applications, application groups according to the type of score, rank scores from highest to lowest, list preferred programs according to their current score, and place students in one of their preferred programs. Selection of foreign students to enter universities in our country is possible within a certain quota according to a central exam result called Examination for Foreign Students (YÖS).
